This website, available at luisitoguanes.com (the "Site"), is operated by Luis Guanes ("we", "us"). By browsing the Site or buying through it you accept these terms, so please read them before ordering.

What we sell

Each product page describes what you are buying and what you will receive. Prices and the currency you will be charged in are always shown before you confirm a purchase. We may change prices or retire products at any time; orders already placed are not affected.

Payments

Payments are processed by authorized payment providers over secure connections. We never see or store your full card details. The charge will appear on your statement under the name Luis Guanes.

Delivery

How and when your order arrives depends on the product: digital products are delivered right after payment, and for physical products the delivery method and estimated timing are shown on the product page or in your order confirmation. If a delay comes up, we will write to the email you used at checkout.

Refunds and cancellations

If your order did not arrive, arrived damaged, or is not what was described, write to luis.guanes10@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it (or of the promised delivery date). We will review the case and, where it applies, send a replacement or refund your original payment method.

Who answers for your purchase

Luis Guanes is the seller of record for everything sold on the Site, and is responsible for delivering your order and for the customer service and dispute resolution related to it.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site (text, images, logos and the products themselves) belongs to Luis Guanes or its licensors. Please do not copy or redistribute it without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay.
