I've been around software for years now, and the part that still gets me is the same one it always did: the moment something stops living in a doc and starts running in production with real users on the other end. These days I split my time between Creala, the website builder I co-founded, and 2Chat, where we help businesses talk to their customers over WhatsApp, SMS, and voice. My work doesn't sit in one box: one day it's product, the next it's billing logic, telecom providers, an MCP integration, or a script to kill some manual toil. I like it that way. I love when a messy customer problem turns into a clean fix, when an integration finally clicks, and when the boring infrastructure work quietly makes everything else faster.
